Full Service Tenant Placement & Management

Tenant Placement Services: ($745.00/property)

Comprehensive marketing of property
Listing on the First Multiple Listing Service
Advertising on Web on multiple websites
Interview prospective tenants and show property
Conduct extensive background checks (including criminal, credit, employment & rental history, and inspection of current residence)
Prepare and review lease agreement with tenant and complete move-in inspection
Collect the security deposit and 1st month's rent
Forward the lease, move-in inspection and security deposit to you

Management Services Only (10% of monthly rent on a 12mo agreement)

This means that you will procure a tenant or the property is already rented and you would like us to Collect rent

Perform regular site inspections
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of property
Prepare delinquency notifications, eviction notices, and other forms and correspondence
File court documents and coordinate service providers for court proceedings, if necessary
Renew lease agreements and/or provide turn-key services
